Responsibilities Design Customer lifecycle strategies to support the delivery of Consumer Base segment KPIs. Work with the marketing and customer success teams to develop and implement strategies that increase customer retention rates. Manage and improve customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, WhatsApp, and SMS. Design requirements and work with the communications team to create engaging campaign content to support all initiatives. Execute monthly and quarterly plans that maximize customer revenue through effective and targeted up-sell, cross-sell, and increased product penetration Gather customer feedback through various channels and share insights with relevant teams to improve products, services, and customer experiences Prepare regular reports on the success of retention efforts, loyalty program participation, and communication performance. Extensive and effective A/B testing across retention channels with conclusive results to optimize the same. Track customer interaction data across all communication platforms and use this information to improve retention strategies. Qualifications: 1-2 years experience in marketing communication and execution development. Exceptional data skills including the ability to extract data to inform future campaigns and a strong command of web/mobile analytics. Able to create, manage, and champion marketing campaigns that utilize the full marketing mix.
