Responsible for leading and supervising the electrical qualifications engineering team for new / second-sourcing / localization of electrical/electronic parts/components qualifications. Evaluate and prioritize qualifications based on cost savings to attain highest possible cost reduction. Generate standard procedure/process and plan for qualifying electrical/electronic parts and/or components Job responsibilities: Plan and schedule qualification of each electrical/electronic component (until its completion) so as to complete the qualification in the shortest time.
