Analyzed business requirements and mapped them to SAP ByD functionalities and best practices. Configured and deployed core modules: Financials, Supply Chain, CRM, Project Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing. Developed functional specs, test scripts, user manuals, and training materials. Acted as solution advisor during pre-sales engagements, proposals, and scoping workshops. Provided post-go-live support, user training, and issue resolution to ensure adoption and ROI. Coordinated with SAP support teams and developers for enhancements and customizations. Maintained up-to-date knowledge of SAP ByD features, releases, and roadmap. *Skills & Qualifications:* 7+ years of ERP experience, including 5+ years specifically in SAP Business ByDesign Deep hands-on expertise in at least 3 core SAP ByD modules (e.g., Finance, CRM, SCM, Projects) Experience in cloud-based ERP deployments and multi-subsidiary rollouts Strong knowledge of business processes across finance, procurement, sales, and operations Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills Exposure to SAP ByD SDK, integrations, and reporting tools is a plus

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business ByDesign (ByD) Developer/Architect to lead the design, development, and enhancement of our SAP ByDesign platform. This role is critical in delivering targeted process improvements, financial automation, and configuration optimisations across multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance and operations modules within SAP ByD, coupled with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Architecture & Development Design and develop custom solutions and configuration enhancements in SAP ByDesign to support business needs. Translate business processes into scalable, maintainable SAP ByD configurations and custom developments. 2. Cost Pack Delivery Build and deploy dynamic cost packs for revenue and cost analysis using product codes and cost centers . Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support commercial decision-making. 3. Cost Center Optimization Conduct a detailed review of existing cost center setup . Provide recommendations for improvements to ensure alignment with reporting, compliance, and operational needs. Assess and document the impact of any proposed changes on current processes. 4. Fixed Assets Automation Lead the enablement and configuration of the Fixed Assets module in SAP ByD. Implement process automation for asset creation, depreciation, and lifecycle management. 5. Client Statement Automation Design and implement a solution for automating the generation and distribution of client statements directly from SAP ByD. Integrate templating and scheduling mechanisms to support ongoing automation. 6. Bank Master Data & Regional Payment Options Configure and maintain Bank Master Data in SAP to support global operations. Ensure payment file formats are available and compatible with regional banking requirements . 7. BAU and Ad-Hoc Support Provide ongoing support for day-to-day SAP ByD operations, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Support enhancement requests, user training, and change management activities. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a SAP Business ByDesign Developer or Architect , ideally in a multi-entity or global environment. Strong knowledge of Financials, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and Bank Master Data modules. Demonstrable experience delivering automation solutions within SAP ByD. Ability to liaise effectively with finance, operations, and technical teams. Strong experience with SAP ByD Web Services/APIs Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex requirements and design practical solutions. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Finance or Accounting background (ACA/ACCA/CIMA is a plus)
