* Strong technical knowledge of lead or non-ferrous metal processing. * Expertise in smelting, refining, recycling, and alloy production processes. * Solid understanding of quality management, testing methods, and compliance standards. Required Candidate profile Lead end-to-end technical operations, production planning, and process control. Establish and monitor QC standards for raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods.

2.5–3 years of experience operating a rotary furnace in the lead/metal industry. Knowledge of lead smelting, melting, refining, or recycling processes. Understanding of furnace controls, burners, and safety systems. Required Candidate profile Operate rotary furnace for lead melting, smelting, or recycling processes. Monitor furnace temperature, feed materials, and control operating parameters.

Relevant experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in Design & Engineering of Equipment in industries such as Metals, Minerals, Mining, Chemicals, Power & Cement. Experience in Design & Engineering of equipment such as Tanks, Furnaces, Crushers, Feeders, Ball Mills, Hoppers, Silos, Chutes is preferred. In depth Knowledge of Fabrication & Manufacturing process. Well verse with ISO, DIN, IS, ANSI & ASME standards. Proficient in ASME Y14.5 (GD&T). Experience working with Global Clients is an added advantage.
