About the Role:

We are hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Commerce to support our academic content development team. This role is ideal for candidates with a Master’s in Commerce (M.Com) and preferably with a teaching background. You will play a key role in designing high-quality, curriculum-aligned educational content for students on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review Commerce-related content including lesson plans, notes, question banks, and assessments.
• Ensure all content aligns with the current curriculum and academic standards.
• Simplify complex topics and make learning interactive and student-friendly.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to deliver high-impact learning solutions.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all educational materials.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) and Postgraduate in Commerce (M.Com) is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience in schools, colleges, or coaching institutes.
• Excellent subject knowledge in Commerce subjects like Accounting, Economics, Business Studies, etc.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with academic content creation or curriculum development.
• Understanding of e-learning tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
