Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Annotate and evaluate AI-generated literature content to ensure alignment with academic standards and literary concepts.
Provide clear, student-friendly explanations of literary works, authors, genres, and critical analysis.
Design prompts and assess AI-generated responses for clarity, relevance, and literary accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed literary expertise into AI systems, enhancing their understanding of literary themes and concepts.
Provide actionable feedback to improve AI responses, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and educational value.
Stay updated on the latest trends in literary studies, including modern literary theory, genres, and notable works.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Literature, English, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of classical and modern literature, including literary analysis, key authors, and literary periods.
Strong communication skills with a passion for teaching and literature.
Prior tutoring or teaching experience in literature is preferred.
Familiarity with AI and educational technologies is a plus.
