SME Collateral Setup

Role Overview: As an SME in Collateral Setup, you will play a crucial role in supporting a USA client in the Mortgage Finance industry. Your responsibilities will include setting up and updating various Collateral Docs such as Title Policy, Hazard Insurance, Flood Insurance, Deed of Trust, and making necessary updates in the loan servicing database. Moreover, you will be tasked with handling Pledge code and investor code changes, completing tasks proactively within deadlines, and contributing to the smooth operations of the private lending company. Key Responsibilities: - Setting up or updating Collateral Docs, Title Policy, Hazard Insurance, Flood Insurance, and Deed of Trust in the loan servicing database - Updating Post close Appraisal in the loan servicing database - Inputting Pledge code and investor code changes into the servicing database - Completing tasks proactively, accurately, and within deadlines - Supporting high growth private lending company operations as assigned Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in US Mortgage Servicing Process - Knowledge of various mortgage documents and related concepts - Working experience on Silverlake, Strategy, or other servicing databases (an advantage) - Bachelor's degree in finance, MBA, CFA, or other post-Grad Degree (a plus) Additional Company Details: The company is located in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, and the working hours are from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
