SME - Collateral Loans

As an SME in Collateral Setup, you will be a part of a team that offers support to a USA client in the Mortgage Finance industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up or updating Collateral Docs input into the loan servicing database - Setting up Title Policy, Hazard Insurance, Insurance Binder, and Flood Insurance in the loan servicing database - Updating Post-close Appraisal to the loan servicing database - Setting up Deed of Trust in the loan servicing database - Updating/Inputting Pledge code and investor code changes into the servicing database - Taking the initiative to complete tasks and next steps proactively within deadlines, ensuring insightfulness, accuracy, and consistency - Handling additional tasks to support the operations of a high-growth private lending company specializing in bridge loans on residential properties for professional fix-and-flip investors/contractors, as assigned Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - 5-7 years of experience in US Mortgage Servicing Process, including knowledge of various mortgage documents and related concepts - Working experience on Silverlake, Strategy, or other servicing databases will be an added advantage - Bachelor's degree in finance, MBA, CFA, or other post-Graduate Degree is a plus Skills and Attributes expected from you: - Detail-oriented, trustworthy, accountable, responsive, efficient, agile, and flexible - Effective communicator (verbal and written) with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities while maintaining high accuracy in work product - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Positive, constructive, and professional interaction with local manager and colleagues, accepting and acting on performance feedback - Willingness to consistently upgrade technical knowledge, skills, and behavior to improve personal and company performance - Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, internet, and web applications Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, +/- 1 hour, Monday through Friday Salary Range: As per industry standard If you are interested in this position, please send your application to resume@finacplus.com.,
