Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and refine complex chemistry problems, solutions, and explanations for AI training.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency in chemistry-related data.
Evaluate and improve AI-generated chemistry content, ensuring alignment with real-world chemical principles.
Debug and correct errors in AI-driven chemistry reasoning and outputs.
Collaborate with AI teams to enhance AI understanding of key chemistry concepts, including Organic, Inorganic, Physical, and Analytical Chemistry.
Create detailed, step-by-step explanations for challenging chemistry problems.

Required Qualifications:

Currently a 1st or 2nd year student at a top IIT with a strong JEE Advanced score.
Strong understanding of JEE Advanced chemistry concepts.
Minimum 1+ year experience in chemistry-related roles (teaching, research, data science, AI training, etc.).
Proficiency in solving advanced chemistry problems and clearly demonstrating solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide constructive feedback.
