Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (AWS) (IWE) or Certified Welding Engineer Experience: Proven experience in welding operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on valve production. Technical Skills: Expertise in various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, SMAW), welding symbols, and engineering drawings. Quality Control: Knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and relevant standards.
