Role Overview: As an MC Delivery Professional at Capgemini, you will play a key role in delivering creative, brand-compliant, and cost-effective solutions while proactively supporting MC teams across the company. You will oversee communication and connection across various teams and stakeholders, advocating for best practices and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance, track trends, and provide timely insights for decision-making. - Synthesize data and translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to inform media planning and campaign optimization. - Develop new backend data models to produce new reporting insights. - Utilize advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power Point, and Word) for data analysis and reporting. - Create visualization reports using Tableau or another analytics tool for backend data modeling. - Conduct assessments and/or research to generate recommendations for data flow. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of professional work experience in data analysis and reporting. - Proficiency in backend data modeling and development of visualization reports using Power Bi. - Strong communication skills to interpret information and communicate it in a timely manner.
