As a PR and Communication Assistant, you will have the vital responsibility of conducting product demonstrations for potential clients. Supporting the team in the successful implementation of HIMS software at various client organizations and hospitals will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be involved in addressing customer issues, performing GAP analysis, and assisting in the renovation of processes and the implementation of NABH protocols at client organizations and hospitals. Your support will also be required for providing training to doctors and staff on software usage and NABH protocols. Furthermore, you will contribute to the creation of client organization/hospital profiles for corporate empanelment. Ensuring efficiency, diligence in work, and prompt responses to customer queries will be essential in this role. Daily reporting to the Reporting Officer is mandatory, and you are expected to work full-time during day shifts. A performance bonus may be provided based on your performance. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position, along with at least 1 year of total work experience and 1 year of sales experience. Proficiency in Hindi and English is necessary, and you should be able to commute to Lanka, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Relocation to this location before starting work is also a requirement.
