Channel Partner Management: Establish and strengthen relationships with key accounts, system integrators, and channel partners at T1, T2, and T3 levels. Support and drive their growth in alignment with company objectives. Sales Target Achievement: Own and deliver regional targets related to sales volume, revenue, receivables, and product mix on a quarterly and annual basis. Sales Pipeline & Lead Generation: Implement industry best practices to drive high-quality lead generation, opportunity pipeline creation, and conversion. Experiment with innovative sales tactics to unlock new opportunities. Product & Market Intelligence: Work closely with the Product Management team to relay regional insights, feedback, and market trends. Collaborate to support new product development and roadmap alignment.
