Greetings from Teknikoz! With over 5 years of experience, we are seeking an ideal candidate with a strong background in CCM development and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of SmartComm Suites of Products from both a development and support perspective. Hands-on experience with SmartComm code deployment processes is required, along with expertise in template authoring, graphical elements, layouts, stylesets, variable data requirements, and functional similarity. Proficiency in preparing XML data schemas and mapping them to business data objects is essential. Familiarity with Oracle, DB2, and Control-M job schedules is preferred. Experience in the insurance industry or document composition would be advantageous. Knowledge of Service Now, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus. Key responsibilities include analyzing and providing BAU LO support for in-scope applications, ensuring SLA adherence to incidents/requests/problem tickets, coordinating with IAG business or lead for various activities, working on compulsory changes impact analysis, coding, verifications, promoting to production and non-production environments, collaborating with tech leads for project handover and documentation, engaging in root cause analysis with integrated systems, participating in major incident management calls, managing stakeholder communications, mentoring peers, and prioritizing small changes and tech debt with IAG leads.
