As a Smart Communications(Thunderhead) Senior at EY Advisory, you will have the opportunity to work on implementing Smart Communications to integrate with Guidewire products for various insurers. Your role will involve working as a team leader in technical streams, planning and monitoring project deliverables, mentoring the project team, and communicating with onsite coordinators and customer representatives. Your responsibilities will also include working on end-to-end integrations topics, designing and developing resource files, monitoring job failures, and managing projects revision history. Key Responsibilities: - Work as a team leader in various technical streams of Smart Communications(Thunderhead) implementation project. - Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators and customer representatives. - Plan and monitor project deliverables, mentor the project team, and report status regularly. - Work on Smart Communications end-to-end integrations topics and design various resource files effectively. - Lead and mentor junior resources for Smart Communications technical skills. Skills and Attributes for Success: - Experience in Smart Communications implementations and integration with Guidewire products. - Certification in Smart Communications will be an added advantage. - Technical leadership experience with 5 to 10 team members. - Agile methodology understanding. - Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably in the Insurance domain. - Excellent business communication skills. Qualifications Required: - BE/B.Tech/MCA & MBA with 6 to 8 years of industry experience. - Experience in Smart Communications(Thunderhead) tool for document generation and customization. - Proficiency in Core Java, JavaScript, XML. - Strong knowledge of Tomcat and/or WebSphere/WebLogic.
