You have a great opportunity to join our team as a SmartComm Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a strong background in CCM development and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must have sound knowledge of SmartComm Suites of Products from both development and support perspectives. Your responsibilities will include SmartComm code deployment process, hands-on experience with template authoring, preparation of XML data schemas, and mapping to business data objects. Proficiency in Oracle, DB2, and Control-M job schedules is required. It would be beneficial if you have experience in the insurance industry, document composition, and knowledge of Service Now, JIRA, and Confluence. Key responsibilities for this role include providing BAU LO support for in-scope applications, ensuring adherence to SLAs for incidents/requests/problem tickets, coordinating with the business for DR testing and infrastructure/software upgrades, working on compulsory changes, and collaborating with tech leads for project handover. You will also be responsible for root cause analysis with integrated systems, participating in major incident management calls, managing stakeholder communications, coaching and mentoring peers, and working on small change and tech debt prioritization with the leads.
