JOB DESCRIPTION : Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience in SmartComm DTA SmartCOMM Data Modeler SmartCOMM ATD and SmartComm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cards & Payments domain. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will contribute to our projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and impactful solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain SmartComm solutions to meet project requirements and client needs. Oversee the implementation of SmartCOMM Data Modeler to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Provide expertise in SmartCOMM ATD to optimize document automation processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in the Cards & Payments domain. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SmartComm applications and integrations. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency. Participate in requirement gathering and analysis to understand client needs and project scope. Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on SmartComm applications. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SmartComm and Cards & Payments domain. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to project timelines. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of SmartComm DTA SmartCOMM Data Modeler SmartCOMM ATD and SmartComm. Have hands-on experience in the Cards & Payments domain. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities. Show proficiency in technical documentation and user training. Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Possess a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends. Show experience in working with cross-functional teams. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills. Have a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
