Job Description

As a detail-oriented and experienced SmartCOMM and SmartIQ Developer within the financial services domain, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining SmartCOMM templates for a variety of documents including regulatory, transactional, and client-facing ones. You will also be responsible for building and configuring SmartIQ forms and workflows to support digital onboarding, KYC processes, loan origination, and other financial services procedures. Your key responsibilities will include integrating SmartCOMM and SmartIQ with core banking systems, CRMs, CCMs, and document repositories, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and security standards are met, conducting testing and reviews, and providing continuous support and improvement for deployed solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates for various types of documents. - Build and configure SmartIQ forms and workflows for digital onboarding and financial processes. - Integrate SmartCOMM and SmartIQ with core systems and document repositories. - Collaborate with different teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Ensure solutions meet industry standards for data privacy, auditability, and compliance. - Conduct testing, reviews, and participate in UAT cycles. - Provide production support and continuous improvement for solutions. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in SmartCOMM and SmartIQ. - Additional 1-2 years of experience in CCM (any product). - Strong understanding of financial services workflows, especially in client onboarding and regulatory reporting. - Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and integration via REST/SOAP APIs. - Experience in document composition, conditional content, and data mapping. - Familiarity with compliance and data governance in financial institutions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
