As a Project Manager in this role, you will be responsible for assisting and managing the project delivery team to ensure the successful performance of delegated responsibilities in order to achieve project goals. You will have the opportunity to interface directly with clients, define project requirements, prepare project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and ensure quality, health, safety, and environmental controls are in place. Your role will involve implementing an effective project management framework and managing the project cost plan including risk allowance. You will play a crucial part in monitoring and controlling changes/variations, identifying project risks, developing risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implementing action plans to address project risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing formal reporting arrangements on project progress for both the client and the company. Supervising contractor progress against contract expectations and coordinating teamwork among all project stakeholders will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. This role requires excellent client handling skills, billing, scheduling, and planning abilities. You should also possess the capability to manage operations across 5 to 8 sites effectively. Prior experience as a Project Manager in the PEB sector for at least 7 years is preferred for this position. This is a full-time job opportunity with benefits including Provident Fund. The working schedule is during the day shift.
