About the Role
We're looking for committed candidates to join our Smart Meter Installation and Maintenance Training program. The training includes hands-on field exposure and direct deployment support once completed.
What you'll learn and handle post-training:
* Installing and commissioning smart meters safely
* Checking, configuring, and verifying meter readings
* Capturing site data through mobile apps (photos, GPS)
* Coordinating with field teams to resolve tasks and issues
* Following standard safety and documentation practices
Training Duration: 46 weeks
Support: Practical learning with immediate placement.

Location: Goa (deployment after training)
Eligibility: Diploma / ITI Electrical stream
Openings: 100 guaranteed roles after successful training
