Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for the Sales Team at Smart Labtech. The role involves managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing product information and demonstrations. The Sales Team member will also be expected to conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with other departments. The role is based in India, with a combination of in-office and remote work. Qualifications Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills Experience in Developing Sales Strategies and Meeting Sales Targets Market Research and Business Development skills Product Knowledge and Demonstration skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Prior experience in the scientific or laboratory equipment industry is an advantage
