Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically-inclined B2B Sales Executive to drive channel and project sales in Chennai. The ideal candidate will also support clients during installation and onboarding of Blinc products. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and hands-on tech support. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with B2B clients such as architects, interior designers, builders, and system integrators. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to partner and project requirements. Follow up on leads from exhibitions, inbound inquiries, and dealer networks. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups. Requirements: Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in smart home, electrical, or IoT sectors. Basic understanding of home automation products and electrical systems. Sound knowledge in wireless smart home protocols like Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Zwave and Matter. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Tamil and English is a must. Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby regions.
