The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products and services, and addressing any queries. Daily tasks include maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Telecaller will also provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to help improve our services. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using CRM software and databases Ability to work independently and remotely Proactive and self-motivated approach to work Prior experience in the education sector is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred
