Leadership Skills : Proven experience (3+ years) in leading teams, taking ownership of deliverables, and driving projects to completion. Technical : Strong ability to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Problem-solving : Demonstrated capability in troubleshooting complex technical challenges and providing effective solutions. Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members across geographies.
