We’re known for blending tradition with modernity — and offering mid-range designer sarees to a loyal regional customer base. Our sales are powered by a vibrant social media presence (Facebook, WhatsApp) and a highly engaged in-store experience. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Business Analyst who can roll up their sleeves and make real impact on the ground. This is not a back-office Excel job — you’ll be in the heart of the business, the ERPNext platform, the showroom team, and actual sarees. Your Mission 🚀 Identify gaps and inefficiencies across inventory, billing, and sales operations Work hands-on with ERPNext to build dashboards, automate reports, and enforce best practices Track key business KPIs (stock turns, sales trends, payment reconciliations, vendor performance) Set up SOPs for everything from stock entry to billing Train our team (not all tech-savvy) on how to use systems smartly and consistently Create clear documentation and checklists that everyone can follow Work closely with our Facebook Live and WhatsApp sales team to align digital + in-store data What You’ll Need ✅ 2+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or retail process optimization Prior experience using ERPNext or similar ERP software (Frappe knowledge is a big plus!) Strong comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and operational metrics Ability to think in SOPs — if something repeats, you document and optimize it A love for systems, processes, and solving real-world business problems Excellent communication skills – especially explaining tech in simple ways Willingness to work full-time on-site in Gondia (this is a hands-on role) Bonus if You Have: Experience in the retail/fashion/apparel industry Worked in a growing regional brand (e.g., Shree Shivam, Pothys, V-Mart, etc.) Built automations using ERP tools, WhatsApp APIs, or Razorpay integrations What You’ll Get 🌟 A chance to be part of a growing retail success story Direct mentorship from leadership + autonomy to build systems from scratch The opportunity to create scalable processes that power multiple future stores
