We are seeking a National Subcontractor Relations & Operations Manager to drive the successful integration of a new software platform across our subcontractor base, establish robust operational processes, and foster a thriving nationwide community of partners. Key Responsibilities: New Software Implementation & Adoption: Lead the introduction and integration of a new construction software platform to our existing and new subcontractors. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and support materials to ensure widespread adoption and effective utilization of the software. Act as the primary point of contact for software-related inquiries and troubleshooting for subcontractors. Gather feedback and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the software experience and functionality. Subcontractor Relationship Management: Develop and execute a strategic cold-calling plan to identify, recruit, and onboard new subcontractors across the nation. Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with all subcontractors, ensuring they understand and succeed within our business model. Provide ongoing support and resources to subcontractors, addressing their needs and fostering a collaborative partnership. Operational Process Development & Implementation: Design, document, and implement efficient and effective operational processes to streamline project execution from inception to completion. Create detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training modules, and best practices for all aspects of subcontractor engagement and project delivery. Continuously review and optimize processes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall project outcomes. Estimation, Sales & Marketing Coordination: Oversee and ensure accuracy in the estimation and sales process for subcontractor-led projects, adhering strictly to pre-approved pricing structures. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that support and leverage our subcontractor network. Financial & Performance Management: Monitor project financing and cash flow, ensuring timely and accurate payments to and from subcontractors. Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to subcontractor performance, software adoption, and operational efficiency. Utilize performance data to adjust strategies, identify areas for improvement, and drive better partnership outcomes. National Network Facilitation: Foster a strong sense of community and collaboration within our nationwide subcontractor network. Facilitate regular communication channels, knowledge sharing initiatives, and mutual growth opportunities amongst partners. Qualifications: Proven experience in the construction industry, ideally with a focus on subcontractor management or operations.
