Role & responsibilities Build and maintain frontend + backend features Use Docker for development and deployment Write clean, testable, maintainable code Debug, test, and support production systems Work closely with the team on planning and delivery Support juniors and achieve the targets as a team Must have: Minimum 3 years of actual coding experience 2+ years with Python Strong HTML/CSS + basic JS or HTMX Good SQL knowledge Daily use of Docker Git experience Regular Linux user Good communication skills Stack: Backend: Python (Django) Frontend: HTML, CSS, HTMX, basic JS DB: MS SQL DevOps: Docker (mandatory), Git Things to Note: We are a mid size company with 15+ employees. You should have the attitude to get things done. You should know basic usage of advanced IDE, AI etc for coding. Basic knowledge of using Linux A Positive attitude is a must. Initially the work will be from office and then later on it can be shifted to Hybrid based on performance.
