As a Senior Manager at Urban Company, you will be responsible for driving structural initiatives for category growth and quality improvement with central leadership and city teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Solving structural problems at a central level to accelerate the growth of the category - Taking end-to-end ownership of analytical projects to address various business challenges - Facilitating the onboarding of exceptional service professionals in the category - Establishing service delivery norms and implementing centralized processes for the category - Collaborating with cross-functional internal partners in marketing, technology, and product to execute multiple category and central level projects - Working closely with the marketing team to generate customer requests and enhance demand To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 6 months to 2.6 years of work experience - Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI - Bachelor's degree is mandatory - Strong analytical skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve ambiguous problems - Demonstrated hustle and "get things done" attitude At Urban Company, you can expect a great work environment with significant ownership and growth opportunities.
