Slot Game Designer

As a Slot Game Designer, your role involves designing and creating captivating slot games for land-based or online/social casinos. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure high-quality game experiences and commercial success. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed Game Design Documentation (GDD) such as storyboards, wireframes, flowcharts, and narrative copy to provide guidance to the team. - Creating and fine-tuning mathematical models using tools like Excel, VBA, or scripting to simulate gameplay and ensure fair experiences. - Participating in brainstorming and prototyping sessions, validating ideas through playtests and iteration cycles. - Analyzing player behavior, key performance indicators (KPIs), and A/B test results to refine game designs and enhance engagement and monetization. - Collaborating closely with art, development, UI/UX, and QA teams to translate design vision into functional gameplay while ensuring performance and regulatory compliance. - Staying updated with industry trends, competitor slots, and emerging formats like Megaways, progressive jackpots, and cryptographic fairness. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Professional Experience of typically 5+ years in slot game design or iGaming, including social casino or real-money titles. - Educational Background with a degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Game Design, or equivalent practical experience. - A Strong Portfolio showcasing complete slot games or major features, including math balancing and player flow.
