You will be expected to review and interpret marine geotechnical investigation data, conduct advanced numerical analysis for foundation performance, and ensure compliance with international standards. Your key responsibilities will include preparing design reports, calculation notes, and presentations for clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams, interacting with international clients in the Middle East region, providing leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, contributing to business development activities, and supporting research and innovation in offshore foundation technologies. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of offshore geotechnical engineering principles, proven experience in offshore foundation design, familiarity with design software such as PLAXIS and Midas, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred qualifications include a Ph.D., M.Tech, or M.E. in Geotechnical Engineering (Civil) and certifications in offshore geotechnics or marine foundation engineering.
