Role & responsibilities Drive monthly S&OP process with Business. Analyze demand requirement to create the right baseline forecast and work with stakeholders to capture the correct demand. Generate weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports to be shared with respective stake holders. Conduct current and future forecast analysis, ensuring forecasting processes and methods are followed to continuously improve forecast accuracy. Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems. Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models) in generating forecasts and respective inventory targets. Make recommended adjustments to Forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends. Lead forecast and inventory planning meeting with Sales managers, ensuring optimum inventory levels. Control Inventory level, in depth know how of Inventory measures, safety stock and reorder level. Monitor weekly sales (oversold and consumed demand details) to take necessary inventory correction actions. Proactively facilitate best practices and consensus between functional experts. Expertise in SAP. SLOB Control of FG & Material. Material Planning of all responsible Business verticals. Production Planning & Scheduling Collaborate with Manufacturing and Purchase to create PR for demand identified. Vendor Management Competent in MS Office and strong knowledge of MS Excel. Team Player and Go getter. Travel basis Business needs.
