Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage hospital-based and home-based sleep studies.
Educate and guide patients about sleep study procedures.
Work closely with technicians and doctors for reports and follow-ups.
Ensure timely scheduling, equipment readiness, and service quality.
Maintain records, track performance, and support service improvement.
Coordinate with internal departments and homecare teams for seamless delivery.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Healthcare or related field.
Experience in diagnostics/sleep services/respiratory care preferred.
Strong communication & patient-handling skills.
Good coordination and operational management abilities.
