You will be joining a leading BPO in Bangalore as a Sr Quality Analyst in the International Technical Voice Process. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in troubleshooting in the International Technical Voice Process. Experience with the 7QC tools is required, and you will be working in US shifts. Excellent communication skills are a must as virtual interviews will be conducted. As part of the job requirements, you should be a graduate or postgraduate with over 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in the International Voice Process within an International BPO. Your expertise should include a strong focus on QUALITY Matrices, thorough knowledge of transactional quality domain, and familiarity with TTQ (Training; Transaction Quality) systems, tools, and technologies. You should be adept at analyzing, driving improvement, and fostering innovation. Your responsibilities will include driving continuous improvement for Transaction Quality and Delivery, managing claim Quality & Client related KPIs, evaluating the effectiveness of TQ interventions, and strengthening Quality management processes to enhance quality delivery. You will be expected to accurately capture SLA/SLO metrics, meet client reporting needs, and implement process improvements. Your role will involve generating and implementing innovative ideas, ensuring process control & compliance, establishing huddle, feedback, and refresher processes, and supporting Quality and Compliance teams in audits such as COPC, FMEA, and PFCU.
