As a Senior Executive at our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of Point to Point activities, Multi-level billing operations, and EDL/ODA operations. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure on-time arrival and departures of all loads during the shift. You will be required to manage network changes, priority runs, misconnections, and other exceptions that may occur, and communicate effectively with all relevant parties. Handling exception cases, conducting SLAH checking, overseeing vehicle placement, and monitoring loading operations are also key responsibilities that you will be expected to undertake. Additionally, you will need to ensure the availability of sufficient vehicles for inbound and outbound operations, manage staff briefings, and oversee the manning of the Ground Hub with a focus on full-time employees, PDAs, loaders, and other resources. A successful candidate for this role will have a minimum of 6-8 years of working experience in PUD/Warehouse operations, be a graduate, and fall within the age bracket of 30 to 34 years. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential qualities for this position.
