Key Responsibilities: Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and accurately process a high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, authorization, and adherence to company policies and standard accounting principles. Perform 2-way or 3-way matching (PO, Invoice, Goods Receipt/Service Entry Sheet) for purchase order (PO) backed invoices. Handle non-PO invoices, ensuring correct general ledger (GL) coding and appropriate approvals. Verify VAT/EWT (Expanded Withholding Tax) compliance and proper documentation for international transactions. Resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with vendors, procurement, and other internal departments in a timely manner. Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company travel and expense policies. Verify proper documentation, receipts, and adherence to corporate card guidelines. Reconcile corporate credit card statements and resolve discrepancies. Reconciliations & Reporting: Perform regular accounts payable reconciliations (e.g., vendor statements to GL). Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable and expenses. Prepare various AP-related reports as required. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. Technical Skills: Knowledge in using accounting software (e.g. Coupa, NetSuite, and Workday). Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
