You will be responsible for the structural design, layout, and code compliance of multi-family residential developments across U.S. regions. Perform structural engineering and detailing for wood-framed buildings (not steel). Design and layout for multi-family units and similar developments. Provide structural sizing, member layout, and code compliance checks . Collaborate on construction documentation using Revit or AutoCAD . Ensure all designs meet local building codes and structural standards . Requirements: Specialization in engineered wood-framed structural systems. Proven experience in multi-family housing and developments . Strong expertise in wood and basic concrete structural elements . In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.
