Site Manager & ITMS & Surveillance Expert - ITMS Project KRA 1. Project Planning, Coordination, and Execution Objective: Ensure the timely and effective planning, coordination, and execution of ITMS and surveillance project activities at the site. Responsibilities: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments, specific to ITMS and surveillance systems. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, technical) to ensure seamless operations at the site. Oversee the deployment and installation of ITMS components, including cameras, sensors, and traffic management systems. Monitor and report on project progress, proactively addressing potential delays and implementing corrective actions. 2. System Design, Integration, and Management Objective: Design, integrate, and manage ITMS and surveillance systems to meet project specifications and client expectations. Responsibilities: Lead the design and integration of ITMS and surveillance systems, ensuring they function cohesively. Configure and manage surveillance equipment, including ANPR, RLVD, and other traffic monitoring devices. Ensure the systems are fully operational, with real-time data processing and communication between ITMS components. 3. Site Supervision, Quality Control, and Compliance Objective: Maintain high standards of work quality and compliance with safety, environmental, and technical regulations. Responsibilities: Supervise all site activities, ensuring they adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on both the ITMS and surveillance installations. Resource and Vendor Management Objective: Optimize the use of resources and manage vendor relations to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Responsibilities: Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste. Coordinate with vendors for the timely supply and installation of ITMS and surveillance components, ensuring all work meets project specifications. Monitor and track inventory levels, coordinating with procurement to ensure uninterrupted project progress. 6. Documentation, Reporting, and Stakeholder Communication Objective: Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure clear communication with all project stakeholders. Responsibilities: Document all project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, system configurations, and incident reports.
