Use a mix of cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email sequences to generate qualified leads. Nurture leads and close deals that bring recurring website and digital service clients. Collaborate with our team to refine pitches and outreach strategies. Track outreach and conversion data, ensuring a steady sales pipeline. 🎯 What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience (agency/marketing/tech sales a plus). Strong communicator who can sell value, not just price . A mix of hustle + strategy—knows when to push, when to listen. Comfort with using multiple channels (calls, LinkedIn, emails) to get results. Self-motivated and thrives in a commission-driven environment . 💰 Compensation Commission-only role – you earn on every client you close. Competitive commission per deal: 15% on every closed client’s first 3 months of billing. Example: A $2,000/month client = $900 commission payout across 3 months.
