Job Description: You will be working at Skylark Feed, a renowned company in the Indian poultry market known for manufacturing wholesome and nutritional feed. The company has been in operation since 1985 and has a diverse portfolio that includes various operations such as grandparent stock, parent stock, hatcheries, broiler contract farming, feed production, poultry processing, large-scale mechanized farming, and equipment fabrication. Roles and Responsibilities: - Production Executive: - Responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring efficiency and quality control. - Monitoring production schedules and adjusting them as needed. - Coordinating with the team to meet production targets. - Maintenance Engineer: - Conducting regular maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations. - Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions promptly. - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Packaging Supervisor: - Supervising the packaging process and ensuring accurate packaging of products. - Managing inventory levels and coordinating with the production team. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the packaging area. - Accounts Executive: - Handling financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records. - Preparing financial reports and statements for management review. - Coordinating with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Qualifications Required: - For Production Executive, Maintenance Engineer, and Packaging Supervisor roles: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field. - Previous experience in a similar role in the poultry or feed industry. - Strong technical skills and knowledge of production processes. - For Accounts Executive role: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. - Proven experience in accounting and financial management. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
