Job Title: Gardener Department: Administration / Maintenance Location: Anta, Safidon, Jind (Haryana) Reports To: Admin Officer / Facility Manager Job Purpose: To maintain and enhance the beauty and cleanliness of the company’s green spaces, lawns, plants, and garden areas, contributing to a pleasant and eco-friendly environment across Skylark Equipments premises. Key Responsibilities: Maintain lawns, gardens, and green areas within the company premises. Plant seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees as per landscaping plans or instructions. Water plants, trees, and lawns regularly and maintain irrigation systems. Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain neat appearance. Remove weeds, dead plants, and debris from gardens and landscaped areas. Apply fertilizers, compost, and pest control materials as required. Operate gardening tools, lawnmowers, and other equipment safely and responsibly. Report any pest issues, diseases in plants, or garden-related problems to the supervisor. Support during company events by decorating or preparing garden areas if required. Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas including walkways and sitting areas. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in gardening or landscaping preferred. Education: No formal education required; basic literacy is a plus. Skills: Knowledge of plants, fertilizers, and garden tools. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work. Job Title: Sales Coordinator Department: Sales & Marketing Location: [Anta, Safidon, Jind (Haryana)] Reports To: General Manager Skylark Equipments Job Purpose: To support the sales team by managing quotations, order processing, dispatch coordination, and after-sales support, ensuring smooth execution of sales operations and excellent customer service for Skylark’s equipment and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Quotation & Order Processing Prepare accurate and timely quotations for cages, hatchery equipment, feeds, and biogas systems. Ensure quotation formats and pricing adhere to company guidelines and approvals. Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system, including tracking, status updates, and invoicing.
