Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager in the branch, your main responsibility will be to identify new potential clients, negotiate rates, and finalize business deals. You will play a crucial role in customer retention and achieving the sales targets set by the Management. Your coordination with operations and other departments will be essential to ensure a smooth business flow. Additionally, you will provide valuable inputs for formulating business strategies for clients and market expansion. It is important to closely monitor competitors" activities and provide feedback to develop effective marketing strategies.
