Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth in the frozen food market. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using this information to refine sales strategies. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports for senior management, providing insights into sales trends and opportunities.
