About Skolrr Skolrr is a gig and productivity ecosystem built for students. We host competitions, challenges, webinars, and peer-to-peer gigs that help students unlock their potential, showcase their skills, and connect with employers. Now, we are building the Skolrr Creator Program, a community of student creators who will shape the voice of Skolrr through content. Role: YouTube Content Creator and Influencer We are looking for a creator who can lead our YouTube and short and long form video strategy from idea to execution. This is not just a “posting” role. You will have the space to experiment, storytell, and grow as a digital voice in the student community. What you will do: Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging YouTube videos, Shorts, and reels. Repurpose Skolrr’s events, competitions, and webinars into snackable video stories. Experiment with formats : explainers, skits, vlogs, campus stories, and interviews. Analyze content performance and iterate on hooks, retention, and storytelling. Collaborate with the Skolrr team and other creators to build the brand’s voice. What we are looking for: A student or early-career creator passionate about YouTube and storytelling . Hands-on with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar). Comfortable scripting and experimenting with new content formats. Strong sense of hooks, pacing, and engaging storytelling . Bonus: You love community building and want to grow as a recognizable creator. Preffered education background: Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Media. Stipend/Salary : As we are in pre-revenue stage , we follow a revenue-sharing model to reward you fairly: YouTube Revenue: You will receive a share of revenue generated from YouTube content you lead. Events: If you host an event with Skolrr, you will earn a percentage of revenue from ticket sales or sponsorships. Workshops: You will keep 70% of the revenue from any workshop you host in collaboration with us.
