We are looking for a motivated Telecaller cum Computer Operator to handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain customer records, and provide basic administrative and data entry support. The role involves managing calls professionally, updating databases, and assisting with daily office tasks. Key Responsibilities: Make and receive customer calls in a polite and professional manner Maintain and update customer databases and Excel records Handle basic computer operations such as data entry, email communication, and report preparation Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead follow-ups Support daily office and administrative tasks Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Tamil Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email) Previous experience in telecalling or admin work preferred
