To excel in this role, you must possess a diverse skill set in beauty services, excellent communication abilities, and the knack for recommending suitable hairstyles, nail shades, and skincare regimens to clients. Furthermore, retail skills are crucial as you will be expected to promote additional beauty services and products. Key Responsibilities: - Applying makeup, conducting facials, and suggesting skincare treatments. - Performing manicures, pedicures, nail art, and advising on color choices. - Administering both permanent and temporary hair removal treatments like electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing. - Providing tailored recommendations for personal skincare routines. - Upselling beauty therapies and products. - Managing appointments and documenting treatments. - Maintaining cleanliness and sterility of your workstation and tools. - Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
