Skin trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical training sessions on skin care, cosmetology, facials, treatments, and advanced skin services.
• Deliver curriculum as per Lakmé Academy Powered by Aptech guidelines.
• Demonstrate professional techniques and supervise hands-on student practice.
• Guide students on client consultation, skin analysis, and treatment procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical exams.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentor students for skill improvement.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are followed in labs.
• Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and events at the academy.
• Maintain professional conduct and discipline in classrooms and labs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Certificate/Degree in Cosmetology / Skin Therapy from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in skin care, cosmetology, or beauty therapy.
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred (but not mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of facials, clean-ups, advanced skin treatments, and cosmetology tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Professional grooming and positive attitude.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
