Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Skin Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and committed to delivering high-quality treatments tailored to each client's skin needs. As a Skin Therapist, you will perform a variety of facial and body treatments to improve the appearance and health of the skin, provide skincare advice, and promote a range of skincare products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skin analysis and consultations to determine appropriate treatments.
• Deliver professional skincare services including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, extractions, LED therapy, and other non-invasive treatments.
• Recommend and sell skincare products and home care regimens.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment room and common areas.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, technologies, and products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Keep accurate client records including treatment details and product usage.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards and protocols.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, or certifications as required.

Requirements:

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Skin Therapist.
• Proven experience in skin therapy or a spa/clinic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and professional treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in advanced facial treatments (e.g., micro needling, chemical peels, laser therapy).
• Sales experience in skincare or wellness products.
• Experience with professional skincare brands.

Working Conditions:

• Standing for extended periods during treatments.
• Working with various skincare tools, products, and machines.
• Interaction with clients in a calm, relaxing environment.
