Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform advanced skin treatments such as:
Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)
Hydrafacial / Dermafacial
Chemical peels
Anti-aging and acne treatments
Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and sterilization protocols.
Conduct skin analysis and client consultations before treatments.
Manage skincare equipment and handle machines with care.
Educate clients on aftercare procedures and skincare maintenance.
Maintain accurate treatment records and client history.
Provide a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Cosmetology / Aesthetics / Dermatology.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in clinical skin procedures.
Comfortable using advanced skincare and laser machines.
Excellent grooming, communication, and client-handling skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for home visits (if needed).

Preferred Candidate:

Based in or near Viman Nagar, Pune.
Experience with laser machines like Alma, Soprano, etc., is a bonus.
Basic knowledge of skin conditions and treatment protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
Yearly bonus
