Skin & Hair Counselor

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Female Candidate Only

Conduct detailed skin analysis using diagnostic tools or visual inspection.

Provide one-on-one counselling to clients regarding skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments and skincare regimens.

Educate clients on available services and products based on their needs and skin types.

Coordinate with dermatologists and aestheticians to develop personalized treatment plans.

Follow up with clients post-treatment to monitor progress and address concerns.

Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress tracking.

Upsell or cross-sell services and products to meet sales targets.

Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships through excellent service.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in skincare and dermatology.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the consultation room.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetology, Dermatology, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).

Minimum [1–3] years of experience in skincare counselling or a related field.

Strong understanding of dermatological treatments, skin types, and conditions.
