Job Title: Fundraising & CSR Partnership Manager (Blue Collar Skilling Projects) Company: ExcelR Edtech Pvt Ltd Location: Pan India (Remote/Hybrid) Experience: 6+ Years in CSR, NGO Partnerships, Fundraising or Business Development in Development Sector Salary: Best in Industry (No constraint for the right candidate) Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and well-connected Fundraising & CSR Partnership Manager to lead the acquisition of CSR-funded skilling projects with a focus on blue-collar jobs (e.g., Kitchen Helpers, Sewing Machine Operators, technicians, delivery personnel, drivers, etc.). The ideal candidate should have strong connections with CSR heads, NGO networks, and government-backed skilling ecosystems and must be adept at aligning our training solutions with their impact goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with CSR leaders , philanthropic foundations , and NGOs to pitch ExcelR's blue-collar skilling projects with placements Build long-term partnerships for funded training & employment programs across India. Create impactful proposals, pitch decks, and MoUs aligned with CSR mandates under Schedule VII of Companies Act . Collaborate with internal teams to design training modules aligned with funder needs. Represent ExcelR in CSR forums, development expos, and public/private platforms. Work closely with monitoring and compliance teams to ensure timely reporting to donors. Ideal Candidate Profile: 6+ years of relevant experience in CSR fundraising, NGO project partnerships, or grant acquisition . Strong network in the CSR/NGO ecosystem , especially in skilling or livelihood development for underserved populations. Deep understanding of CSR compliance, ESG goals, impact reporting, and govt. skilling programs (like NSDC, DDU-GKY). Excellent communication, proposal writing, and stakeholder management skills.
